The Steps Below Are Useful to Experience Tremendous Results.

Get out a pen + paper, or open a note taking app on your device.

Compile a list of everything you want. Be bodacious and think big.

Convert my “want list” into a goal list.

Convert my goals into affirmations.

Begin each affirmation with the words “I am".

Add an emotional word to each affirmation.

Write each affirmation in the present tense using a verb that ends in “ing".

Say each affirmation out loud at least twice a day.

For example if one of your “wants” is to increase your net worth by
$20,000, every month, then you turn it into a goal by writing it down on
your goal list as “I want to increase my net worth by $20,000, or more
each and every month”.

The affirmation would be, “I am happily and easily increasing the amount of my net worth by $20,000 or
more each and every month".

The phrase “I am” sends a command to your subconscious so that it can work on the goal for you even while you are asleep.

The terms "happily and easily” tell your subconscious that you will not
struggle to accomplish this. This works well because it also helps
shorten work days. You may want to use another term that will help you
experience the emotions of the increased amounts in savings.

The present tense word “increasing” creates a stress between what you are
saying and reality so that your subconscious acts with a sense of
urgency to make this happen.

The “or more” is important also because when you realize how easy it is to increase your savings
account by $20,000 each month, you may want to immediately raise that
amount. These two little words will have already sent the message to
your subconscious and you will reach that amount quicker.

The best times to say the affirmations are in the morning when you get up
and in the evening just before you go to bed. By saying them at night,
you are commanding your subconscious to work on them while you sleep.

By saying them in the morning, you give your subconscious the opportunity
to present a “report” of what it did while you slept. Make sure you are
visualizing yourself already there now and feeling the positive emotions
of how it feels to have already accomplished them.

Example:

Goal:

To own a home on a beach in Hawaii.

Affirmations:

I am so happy and grateful that I own a modern home on the beachfront in Oahu Hawaii.

produce phenomenal results so that you truly get what you want out of
life.
